Updated ConnectIQ now get build timeout error

Everything was working fine until i downloaded the newest eclipse update and 2.3.1 now i get a:

BUILD: ERROR: build timed out
BUILD: Interrupted
Aborting launch due to failed build.

even if i switch to an earlier version i get the same time out error....

what happened?

there's a new build timeout switch that's been defaulted to 10 seconds. A suggestion was already made to set this default value higher.
to change it go to window -> preferences -> connect iq -> compiler and increase the 10 value. (I've set it to the maximum allowed 300)

Thank you i was already in the process of trying to uninstall eclipse. it seems to be working now.
