How to deterine Alarm State

In a watch face, I want to display the state of the alarm on the device itself (I understand the VA has one, and not sure about the other devices). I'm probably missing something obvious, but how to you determine if the alarm is set or not?

Then this isn't something that even needs to be considered by Garmin, as it's an outright bug in the Connect IQ environment and should be corrected!

This is an "Opps" by someone that wrote the specs or implemented the code. :)

(BTW, that "features request" thread you linked to might be a prime candidate to be made a sticky at the top!)
