This is not currently available through the Connect IQ SDK. You could implement a predicted race finish during an activity based on current or average pace like some other applications do but that isn't really what you are asking for here.
I need this for some calculations. Is there a way to load a file with this data and decode this myself? Then I need to know where this information is stored.
It's on the watch someplace, but in CIQ you can't just look at a file and get it. You can only access things by way of the API, and there's no way to read a file off the file system directly.
