On watches that have this as a standard setting there's no way to see what it is in CIQ. You can add your own with app settings, or use something else - for example, I've used the temperate units to switch between inches and mms.

Thank you for the answer! Yes, I did the same thing. I added selectable pressures units, but i think this is not the right way because we force the user to make settings twice.:(
