I had some problems with SDK 2.3.1 and therefore I deleted it completely via the SDK manager. I tried to download it again via the SDK manager but as soon as I select "download" eclipse crashes. Is there a way to solve problems?
I would agree with the steps that Peter lays out here. I don't know that it would work for sure, but it's a good place to start. If you are still having issues, let us know and we can try to help you get things working again.
