FitContributor: getting speed to display as pace in GC

Has anybody been able to make this work? I have successfully created a number of data fields writing various things to the FIT file, but I have been defeated by this one so far.

As I understand it I need to write speed in m/s (possibly scaled) to the FIT file and I need to tell GC the correct information to display this as pace. Trying this on a 935 with the latest firmware.

Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

As for conversion from one scale to another, that is not currently possible with FIT developer fields in Garmin Connect. You are correct to store the speed as m/s but sadly on the display end there is no way to get where you are trying to go today. I have the same issue. Sorry I don't have better news. :(

Thanks for the feedback. I thought I had read somewhere this is somehow possible, but this was obviously wishful thinking.
