Not the current lat/lon unless there is an active GPS app and the WF is running off something like the widget loop while running a native app.
On many watches, when running as just the normal WF, you can often get the last activity's last lon/lon with Activity.Info.currentLocation (but it can go stale or be null if no GPS activity has been run since the watch was turned on, and it's a bit different on the f5x)
