I run into a small, one or two pixel, problem when updating my Edge 820 app. If my eyes are correct the top of the data field is one or two pixels lower in device when compared to simulator. Is it just my eyes or is there a known issue? The top line of number 5 is hidden in device, but not in simulator.

I hadn't noticed this and it's not a known issue. It would probably be best to file this as a bug in the Bug Forums. Make sure to follow the formatting in the sticky at the top of the forum.
I know one thing I've seen in general, is that sometimes the display on the devices may not be exactly centered and might be off one way or the other by a tiny bit (a few pixels), so I tend to add a few pixels of space around all the edges in apps. In the sim, it's always perfectly centered, so you don't see it there.
