I am trying to download an app from Connect IQ and it is requesting me to update my vivoactiveHR. However, my vivoactiveHR has the 3.50 version already. What is the solution to this?

Did you just get the va-hr and was it just updated to the new FW? Which app?

It may be as simple as syncing again and giving it a bit of time before the app store knows your FW level....
