Lets say you get weather data from a widget through makeWebRequest. You save the data in the app properties. Is there any way the datafield can access the saved properties from the widget? :)

Nope. No way to share data like that. Be it in settings/properties or using one of the app's ObjectStore. And no comm can be done in a data field.
Same thing where today you can't use a widget or watch-app to get something off the internet and display it in a watchface. (weather is a common request I get there too.)

Thanks for quick answer! Maybe the Connect IQ team should make passing properties possible between apps, widgets, watchfaces and datafields in the next versions? :D
