Uploaded App/Watchface still pending after more than 10 days?

Hi,

I was wondering if there is any issue with the approval process for apps and watchfaces uploaded to the Connect IQ app store?

I uploaded one on 5th March and it wasn't approved for 10 days. So thinking there was some issue with my upload, I deleted it, created a new app with the same codes and uploaded one on 15th March and it is still pending.
  • That is odd. With a watchface, I uploaded a new one on Friday and it was approved yesterday. I don't think I've ever it take more than maybe 2-3 days (not including a weekend or holiday, or around Xmas, as some vacations were involved, but there was a post when that happened)

    I've approved your watch face. Often, when an item pending notes that it is a test or BETA, developers really mean that they do not want it approved yet. We try to have developers label things, "DO NOT APPROVE", but many say this in other ways. I believe that I made an assumption due to some key words in the beginning of the description that this one was still being tested. I apologize for the delay.

    Hi,

    Same issue, I have 2 data fields that are in the pending state for 2 weeks now.

    The names of these apps are FeetMe Power Right and FeetMe Power Left.

    Is it possible to do something for that?

    Regarding your data fields I am aware of these two. Because your data fields talks to an ANT+ compatible device, extra time will be needed to have the app evaluated by the ANT+ certification team as noted in the Programmer's Guide here. Both data fields have been sent to the ANT + team for certification. Once I have the okay from the certification team, I will push them to the store.

  • Remember to think "business days".  I would guess Garmin had kind of cleared out last Friday and Monday was a holiday for sure. And if you are doing any ANT stuff, that needs approval from the ANT folks and not just CIQ.
