Is the vívosmart HR compatible with Connect IQ SDK ?

I have a few questions regarding the Connect IQ SDK :
1- is the vívosmart® HR compatible with this SDK ?
2- can I get the Positioning and Sensors data in the Android and iOS apps that I develop ?

the vivosmart isn't amongst compatible devices with connect iq.
