TEMPE arrived. Like most with 920xt's it takes at least 2x reloads on the app to find the sensor.

wish list:
1. the 920xt firmware needs to see this sensor to link at the system/settings level. I believe at that point, the searching via the app will be less obtrusive.
2. We need a TEMPE data field.

first of all: Thanks again for your feedback!

i just uploaded a new Tempe app version (1.3).

Change log:
- fixed issue that temperature no longer updates
- added new menu entry to remove connected Tempe Sensor
- save temperature unit to object store when changed via menu
- if sensor connected show "Tracking Tempe sensor 12345" on app start
- increased timeout when connecting with sensor
- auto reconnect with sensor when connection will be interrupted

Will it ever be possible to use Tempe as Data field on the 920XT and record with the activity such as the Edge or Fenix with it built in.
As currently its just not that useful as a function / accessory.

With the 1.3 version, tempe app doesn't work ("searching for tempe" always displays) on FR920XT (5.20 or 5.25 Beta software version).

Yes i think accessing Tempe sensor in a datafield will be available in a future CIQ release.

How long did you wait? I tested it several times with my FR920XT FW 5.25 and it needed max 10 seconds until connect.
Maybe you delete the Tempe setting files on watch. Go to Garmin->Apps->DATA and Garmin->Apps->SETTINGS to delete the Tempe files.
Can you please attach the log file? Before please create a <APPNAME>.txt in Garmin->Apps->LOGS and start the app.

- fixed wrong temperature in 24Min Temp field if temperature is positive
- added additional text when searching for a new Tempe sensor
- made some code improvements

Even with tempe app 1.4 version, same thing.
I waited for more than 2 minutes without success and several times too.
This is the log : I deleted tempe files before starting the app.

With tempe app 1.1 and 1.2 version, no issue.
