PersistedContent downloads and Intents in Fenix 5X?

Do the Fenix 5 models, especially the 5X, support PersistedContent route/course downloads and Intents? On the simulator the methods appear to be present in the classes, but when I try to download a route (using code that works on the Edge and Oregon/Rino), neither :responseType => Comm.HTTP_RESPONSE_CONTENT_TYPE_FIT nor Comm.HTTP_RESPONSE_CONTENT_TYPE_GPX appear to be working.

FYI I've been able to confirm via helpful new Fenix 5X owner that persisted content and intents work on the 5X.

Anyone know whether they do on the 5 or 5S, or are willing to help test it with me?

Thanks to the help of some awesome testers (lucky new Fenix 5 series watch owners!), I've been able to verify that FIT format persisted-content works great on the Fenix 5, 5S and 5X. Our routeCourse app was just updated to support the Fenix 5 watches, and also the Forerunner 935.
