Use Imperial and Metric Units at Same Time

Is it possible to have an app or data field display both Imperial and Metric units at the same time? For example, if I wanted to see my pace in min/km and min/mile simultaneously. From searching around these forums, I get the impression that the answer is probably "no" and that you're limited by the device's unit settings.

Correct, only the current device's unit settings apply.
But nothing stops you from converting to the opposite unit yourself!

That is exactly what I want! I tried to search data-fields others had posted, but I didn't think of "opposite." Thanks!
