Exception in app deployed

Hi,

I've a difficult problem : I don't have it in simulator, neither on my app build only for me. But when I deployed it on Connect IQ store, it crashed.

I add the 71VI5459.txt in log file for having this :

UnexpectedTypeException: Expected Number/Float/Long/Double, given Float/String

But I have a lot of code, and I don't have the class and the line where this error is throwned.

How can we enable them ?

When you put something in the store (by way of a .iq file), it has release builds of the app, and none of the debug symbols.

However, do you do app settings and does this happen after you've changed something? There's a problem where you expect a Number, but on Android it may not be a number, and that could result in an error like this. If you look at the new Developer FAQ 2, point 10, there is a simple way to adjust for this.

It's something you want to do when ever you expect a number - that can be a setting where you select an actual number, or a "list" type setting where the item picked returns a number.

Yes,
I had a properties set to 1000 in my project, and in GC app, it was set to 1000,00.

Anyway, I change my code and the value too , and now it works. I don't know which was the good solution (I'll maybe try to see, but I prefer when it works ...).

Hi,

by replacing Int by Float, but this still didn't work (but it worked in the past) , any idea about that ?
