So, we see from the SDK 9.3.0 release notes that there are some new utilities and Audio as a top level object, very nice. The notes are here:

But that's not the whole story - lets look at 3 other changes...
1) Dynamic Resources
The Application.DynamicResource module allows an app to build resources from binary data at runtime.
Unlike compiled resources, dynamic resources are not bundled in the executable and do not have identifiers in Rez. The app supplies a Lang.ByteArray containing the resource data to DynamicResource.build(). This call builds the resource; it does not download the data.
What is the use-case for this? Sounds interesting but I don't know where it will help yet
2) Change in makeWebRequest
Now allows a body, flexible content_type and updates the callback signature to use Communications.ContentType
The Communications.ContentType still does not include Array which is an actual top-level JSON return type so some work is still needed on strict-compatibility code.
3) new checkLteConnection() and enableConnection()
These are only available on Fenix 8/9/MARQ3.
Do these methods hint at providing a way for applications to start LTE for actual data communications (LTE is really not used for anything useful in these devices, even Garmin's own weather won't update over LTE apparently)
