With ERA, you only see reports for the most recent version of the app in the store. If the user has an older version of the app you won't see it in ERA . You wont see them for sideload either
Yes, i'm aware of the version. It's for sure the most recent as it's in beta and only i have access.
Recall isn't also not instant and might take time. If it's your own device, you can pull the ciq_log file. That's got the info. Here's how you can get a friendly stack trace:
So you have a ciq_log file, but all you see is "pc:" without a friendly stack trace - what to do!
Do you know if there was a "IQ!" or "IQ..." icon on the crash?
Since it's your own device just grab the ciq_log file from it. In an earlier post, I provided a link to help you understand it.
If there is no ciq_log file, that's a different issue. If there is no ciq_log file, there will never be an ERA report. It's where ERA reports come from.
i can only find a cis_log.bak even though it's dated today it has weeks old info in it for a different app.
Dated today means the log file was just sent to Garmin. When it's sent, it changes to a .bak file.
Yes but the issue is that it doesn’t show up in the ERA viewer.
There can take some time before it's processed and available. That's why using the ciq_log file (the .bak works) is faster. It's instant.
