Unable to download the list of SDKs. Error code: 33554467

Hi,

I have SDK Manager 1.0.16, all the devices have downloaded without issues, but I'm getting the following error for the SDKs tab:

Unable to download the list of SDKs. Error code: 33554467

I've checked that nothing is getting blocked by firewall, tired turning off the firewall while running it, I've checked I'm not using a proxy, I've run as admin, I've logged in and out multiple times, it tells me my name when i log in, so seems that's working correctly. I'm using a standard windows 10 install and generally don't have issues installing other things, so feel like this is more of a Garmin issue than my set up.

I emailed [email protected] and had no response, so any help getting this issue resolved would be appreciated.

UPDATE:
I did some trouble shooting with GPT and have now resolved this. The issue seems to have been related to certificates.

running curl.exe -Iv https://developer.garmin.com/ resulted in

CRYPT_E_REVOCATION_OFFLINE
The revocation function was unable to check revocation because the revocation server was offline.

running curl with --ssl-no-revoke was ok.

I'm not exactly sure which step got the SDK Manager working. I exported the cert from the web browser, allowed certutil through the firewall and ran these:
certutil -setreg chain\ChainCacheResyncFiletime @now
certutil -verify -urlfetch "D:\user\desktop\garmin.cer"

then checked the SDK manager and it was working.

For a last couple of days Sdk manager takes time to start and list sdk (up to 5 minutes) sometimes it fails with this error. Seems like Garmin servers are having hard times. Maybe being ddosed. Just try again later. A just keep it on last two days.

Thanks for the response, I kept trying at it all afternoon today and nothing changed. Turned out to be an issue with the way it interacts with ssl certs for me.
