still links to Luna, which doesn't work anymore (outdated expressions version was the first issue I ran into).
That Eclipse page tells you it's a past version, but if you click on the big Downloads link, it still only shows you Luna downloads, so you end up thinking you're getting a newer version, but you're really just installing an old version that won't work. (Really you need to click on the Downloads link that's in the version notice, which is much smaller.)
Took me a while to figure this out, scratching my head about why the ConnectIQ plug-in was looking for expressions 3.5 but I only had 3.4.6 and was fully updated.
Better to just link to the general downloads page here: https://www.eclipse.org/downloads/ on the Getting Started page.
