I apologize if this is the wrong forum, but I could not find a general Developer forum for API requests.
I submitted a Garmin Connect Developer Program access request ofor RunNerd (runnerd.ai), an AI-powered running coach platform. I'm now expanding to beta and have a queue of Garmin users waiting — but Garmin data routed through Apple Health loses critical metrics (cadence, elevation fidelity, split detail), which I need the Activity API to resolve.
Two issues:
- I haven't received any response since the original submission, and follow-up emails have gone unanswered.
- The Connect Developer Program access form at www.garmin.com/.../ is currently showing "under construction," so I can't resubmit or update my application.
Could you confirm the status of ticket or provide a working channel to update or resubmit? Happy to jump on the integration call referenced in the program FAQ.
