I have issues contacting admins, it feels as if they just don't care enough in responding, how can they say they typically respond in 48 and it has been weeks since I sent emails out about promo codes and issues with my apps showing up on the connect iq store.
I understand you can be busy and stuff, but over weeks for a developer using Connect IQ to publish apps to just wait and not even get a hold of a single admin seems crazy to me.
It seems clear that the Connect IQ store, hierarchy and algorithm does not function well at all. I believe a lot of people are thinking the same and are experiencing the same feeling of not being listened too.
Cannot be that I have to send an email, wait a week or 2 then send another to see if you have even read the email requesting your assistance.
