I'm unable to upload my app due to "there was an error processing the manifest file". What's odd is I successfully uploaded 3 versions of this app and it was Approved. I received an error today while uploading version 4. After hours of troubleshooting, I made the decision to completely remove the app since I had no users. I created a new a new UUID, made sure the manifest file was accurate with minsdk and supported watches, and tried uploading again... Same error. Nothing seems wrong with manifest file. Does anyone have an idea what may be wrong?
