Cant log in to reply to reviews or upload new versions

It's been a while since I last updated my app, October 2025. Now I have some reviews I would like to reply to, and also upload a new version.

Previously, I navigated to my app in the connect iq (apps.garmin.com/apps/.....etc...) on my computer. There, I hade the option to login to submit a new version or reply. That option is gone. Am I missing something? Is there a new way of doing this?

Changes to the Connect IQ Store

Select the app you want and then click on the 3 dots next to a review, and you'll see

click on "Reply to Review"

Thank you Jim! I was stuck on the old apps.garmin.com and only had the "report a problem" option.

You can still log into the developer dashboard at apps.garmin.com (the old domain) using the following link:

https://apps.garmin.com/developer/dashboard

I know that Garmin recommends using apps-developer.garmin.com in the linked announcement. But the advantage of using apps.garmin.com is that app links from apps.garmin.com will open the corresponding page on the Connect IQ store app on your phone. App links from from apps-developer.garmin.com will not open the CIQ store app.

In an ideal world, app links from both domains would open the CIQ store app, but this is the current situation.
