Create bitmap version of scaleable font?

I'm making a watch face for the FR165 that uses the BionicBold scaleable font. Right now I load the font multiple times in different sizes.

But I only really need the numerals - is there an easy way to "export" the font in a certain size and use it as a bitmap font?

Is there a reason why you don't just use a custom font? You use a ttf file and bmfont, and can only include the characters you want or use "filter" to do that, like this (the .fnt is from bmfont)
