We’re having an issue completing Garmin Developer account registration/onboarding.
We are a Cyprus-registered company, but our corporate bank account is in Luxembourg, so our IBAN starts with LU. However, the onboarding form automatically requires a CY IBAN for Cyprus and doesn’t allow us to change the country prefix or select LU. This blocks us from completing registration.
We contacted support but haven’t received any reply for about a month.
Has anyone faced this before? Is there a workaround (e.g., manual verification, different onboarding path, or a specific Garmin team/contact) to accept a non-CY IBAN for a Cyprus company?
