I’m currently trying to view exceptions in ERA using a new account, but I’m running into issues when adding the developer to ERA.
Under Developer, I entered the developer ID from the URL
(apps.garmin.com/.../<developer-id>) along with my developer key. However, I receive an error stating that the developer was not found and that I should verify the developer ID.
Could this be related to using the same developer key for two different accounts? The app was originally published under my personal account and later moved to a new Garmin Connect IQ account under an open-source foundation. At that time, I generated a new App UUID but continued using the same developer key.
Any insight would be appreciated.
