I have uploaded the app to the Garmin Developer Dashboard. I can see the app information but there is no download button. When i open the connect IQ store, I also can not find my app.

How does this work actually?
I'm using the same account for the Developer Dashboard as for the Garmin Connect IQ Store. But I can't see my app anywhere.
I also tried Garmin Express but no sign of my app.
I've uploaded it 3 times in the hope it works some time.

Since the linked page doesn't actually have the answer, but another link to the actual answer, here's the real answer:
TL;DR get the app link from the old dev dashboard (https://apps.garmin.com/developer/dashboard), open the app link on your phone and it will open the corresponding page in the CIQ store, where you can install the app as usual
Details:
- open the beta app (or any other app) on the dev dashboard in a browser (https://apps.garmin.com/developer/dashboard [*])
- copy the url of the app to your phone somehow (send yourself an email, copy it into a note that's shared on the cloud, or maybe open the dev dashboard on a browser in your phone)
- open the url of the app in your phone's built-in browser (or other built-in apps) and it should either automatically open the corresponding page in the Connect IQ store app, or give you a button that does the same
- install the app from the Connect IQ store app
[*] note that you do have to use the old dashboard url and not the new, recommended url, because the latter url won't give you links that will open the CIQ store app on your phone. This is a bug / issue that has already been reported.
The link for the coresponding page in the Connect IQ store app always fails to load with a server connection error in my case. I can't download any of my beta apps.
