Modifying settings without the Eclipse Plugin

Hi folks, I'm new at developing for Connect IQ (used to develop apps for the Pebble) :)

I've just developed a watchface with settings - here's a preview - http://imgur.com/a/XZDmR

Now I'm looking to test out the settings before I publish on the App Store.
After looking in the forum, I can see that one way to do this is via the "Eclipse Plugin".

However, as I'm working purely on the command line, I have not such option.
Is there anyway to change the settings at runtime within the Simulator?

If you have any list-based settings, it's a good chance that Android users aren't going to have much luck unless you implement the workaround as detailed above!

ftrimboli mentioned list type settings, but you also want to use this for any "Number" type setting. (where you expect an integer value)
