I should have added that after this the viewer opens but is completely empty. It shows my clockface in the app selector but doesn't show any error logs for it.
ERA only shows crashes since the last update to the store, so if you had crashes, then updated the app in the store, you lose all older crashes. When did you update your app in the store?
Thank you for the reply! That would probably be the reason then as I did indeed put out an update. I imagined that it would show errors for previous version as well. So I don't need to worry about that 'A server error message' at launch?
It's worse than that. If you enabled app migration, then Garmin will automatically push a new version when they release a new watch and you won't see any of the errors that are on any devices, even if you last uploaded a version a year ago
