Hello, I was reported by one of the users that my app dissappeard from his device and user cannot install it again (Fenix5 plus):
"It’s showing “installing”, finish installing, but remains on 'not installed'. I will say that I tried other apps and there is no problem! I can install and uninstall again and again"
Is it possible some files are remaining on the watch that mess up the installation process? I asked user to install one of my other apps which is almost identical - no issues with that one. Thanks
