Ok. I have read this thread and others and am finding it impossible to install/update the ConnectIQ Eclipse plugin.
I have tried to update on my previously working Mars installation, but that failed.
I then installed Neon.
I tried to install the plugin, per the instructions from this link per the ConnectIQ Readme:

I then found another post on this forum that Garmin changed the download link to https, so I tried this link:
https://developer.garmin.com/downloads/connect-iq/eclipse/
Here is the error I get when attempting an installation on Neon:

Unrecognized SSL message, plaintext connection?
What am I doing wrong?
