How do I bundle multiple watch faces into a single app?

I've created a watch face, and I would like to upload variants of that face (different color combos) as part of the app. I can't find documentation anywhere on how to do this; can someone point me at the right resources, please? I'm happy to read on my own, but I just can't find the relevant docs.

Do you know which of these present options when you do a long press on UP and get to the WATCH FACE menu screen?

Looking around more, what I want to do is:
* get the Menu object from (what I believe is) application settings: from the watch face, long press on UP, hit SELECT, at which point I'm presented with a menu. This menu currently only has one MenuItem: APPLY. This is the menu I want to then add a menuitem to.

Is that possible?

Yes, if you have onSettingsView, when you go to that option, you's see something like "customize" or naybe a pencuke to change settings.

Here's a simple sample that shows that (the menu is only a setting to show a leading 0 on hours<10), but also shows app settings from a phone or GE for colors.
