Hi all,
I have two issues:
- I had a user contact me and send a video showing the app crash to an IQ logo when he performed a certain function. I have the exact same device, yet the app functions flawlessly when performing the same function.
- Another user is saying that he is getting the 'busy' circle show when he tries to install, then nothing after that. App never fully loads.
Any idea how I can get to the bottom of these?
