Not sure if this is an issue with the device and/or the media file, or something I could fix in code.
I've got reports from a user that they are getting Communications.UNABLE_TO_PROCESS_MEDIA for the following file:

Which I process as Media.ENCODING_M4A
I've looked at the file, and can't see anything obivously wrong with it , and I haven't had issues with m4a before.
