Yes, the parkrun barcode app supports glances so if your device support glances, see this list for compatible devices.
Ensure you have a shortcut to show your watch face (e.g. hold back or swipe left), then use the navigation buttons or swipe to get to your glances. Ensure parkrun barcode is added to your glances and open it, it will show your barcode to scan. Once done, go back to your watchface and press start/stop or wait for a while to get back to your activity.
