Anyone else getting reports from customers that the watch reverts to the default Garmin watch face multiple times a day?
It seems like my watch face is crashing but the user never sees the usual IQ! screen, it just switches to the default Garmin WF. Also, I don't get any crash reports.
It feels like the crash is happening in Garmin code.
I'm also see crash reports for Out of Memory on several other watches on the latest FW (965 22.24, Fenix 6 27.00) and they are all happening on calls to Garmin function (Position.toDegrees(), Weather.getCurrentConditions(), Activity.getActivityInfo(), SensorHistory.getHeartRateHistory(), Time.now().value(), Storage.setValue()). Which again seems to point to an internal system problem, especially since the memory consumption given by the sim is 112.5kB peak and when the user switches back to my WF it works fine.
It would be nice to have Garmin connect with the two customers and get the logs off there watches.
