Clarification regarding intensity minutes

If an activity is in progress and not saved, do

ActivityMonitor.getInfo().activeMinutesWeek

and

ActivityMonitor.getInfo().activeMinutesDay

include or exclude the intensity minutes for the activity that is in progress (and not saved yet) ???

My previous testing showed that it excluded the minutes for the activity in progress. But now I am getting a report from a user that perhaps that is not the case.

Or perhaps the behavior is not consistent across Garmin models.

As far as I know the current (on-going) activity's minutes are included.

Checked now, and it still works, at least on my fr965 with my Goal Countdown data field: https://apps.garmin.com/apps/27c9dfd6-df44-4f19-ba10-cb529620f5d0

On one of the screens I show active minutes - moderate and vigorous, for both the day and week.

They increate while recording.
