How can I run a Garmin Simulator (ex: Fenix 8) on VSCode without having a MonkeyC app developed?

I have an iOS app that listens for updates from ConnectIQ/Garmin and displays info based on information received from the Garmin app. I am trying to test using a simulator. How can I set up a Garmin watch simulator with my iOS app?

You can't do it with iOS simulator, only with Android simulator
