Slow App Approval

Our team posted an app for approval 2 weeks ago. We were looking for a number to call for developer support but there doesn't seem to be one.

We already went through the ANT+ approval process, 6 days ago, and are wondering why or what might be holding up the application process.

Any feedback and help would be appreciated, specifically how we can expedite.

    Thank you for getting in touch with us. I apologize for your wait. The ANT approval process can sometimes be lengthier than we like for it to be. There are several aspects involved including testing and verification of correct logo usage etc. I sent an email to the team working on the approval earlier this morning as I have been tracking this as well.   • Just found out that ANT approval process takes a longer time than anticipated. Could I get clarification on what is involved? The above post says "verification of correct logo usage"?
