I updated my Android companion app to the latest sdk com.garmin.connectiq:ciq-companion-app-sdk:2.2.0
A user send me a message, that he need to install the latest connectiq app, which he don't want to and didn't need to before.
Is the connectiq app newly needed for the lastest sdk version?
What exactly got fixed in the new version? Should I definitely update to it, or can I continue to use the previous version?
