Fenix 8 issues not reproducible in simulator

I have a bunch of people telling me that my app doesn't work on their Fenix 8 watches. I tried to debug that issue but it works just fine with the simulator. Anyone have any idea on how to troubleshoot that?

If it crashes, have you looked at your ERA logs?

I just did and there's no crashes whatsoever

What are users reporting they see? Is it something like the screen going blank on AMOLED devices with AOD on? The screen not showing everything it should?

As soon as they open the app it crashes and they just see connect iq logo on a black screen

it may happen after a fw update or like few days ago with Garmin server issue (like with Weather),

try to ask them to reboot their devices and phone, or soft reset, or uninstall/reinstall it.

look also after your code, it may not crash on sim because you can't test every situation, you may have a division par 0 because they don't activate things etc.

Experiencing the same. App work perfect on Fenix 7, but on Fenix 8, some users report:

- menu very very slow

- crash when saving the activity
