Contacting users of my app

Is there a way to contact users that have downloaded apps from the store? At least those that reviewed an app? So far I'm using forum - as usernames in the forum and store match, I'm sending them private messages via forum. But I'd expect a more direct/easier way.
And what about the ability to respond to a review?

Maybe creating threads for each app on this forum would be useful, so you could give the link in description for the app on IQ Store.
Current system of reviews on IQ Store is too basic.

These issues have been raised with the app store development team, and we'll be looking at these as ways to improve the app store. I agree that we need to provide some additional facilities to allow users to report bugs and allow developers to respond to reviews. Right now, using the forums is the best way to stay in touch with users. Reviews can be flagged as inappropriate and they will be evaluated and removed if they are determined to be inappropriate, but otherwise there isn't currently a way to directly respond to reviews.
