I am struggeling reading the temperature from the internal sensor on my Edge 1050 in a complex data field app layout.
I have in my mind that - several years ago - this was only possble to get this value from a background process elsewhere in the app with some downsides (never got it to work).
Has this changed?
Due to the fact that other 3rd party data fields use that info too I am sure this could be done somehow.
Could someone give me a code expample to achieve this in a simple and "efficent" way. Would be awesome!
