They released ver 6.10 yesterday, and it turns out it had problems installing on devices that were running FW prior to 5.40 and 6.10 was pulled until it gets resolved.
I've been running 6.10 on a 230 since yesterday, and it's got the 1.3.3 CIQ VM, and not seen any issues (one of the fixes announced with 6.10 for even native apps had to do with the maps not showing up in GC and weird GPS data, but simply turning off the watch and back on seem to fix that for a few weeks)
