Connect IQ support for Vivosmart HR/ Custom firmware

Hi all,

I would like to play a little bit with my Vivosmar HR :)
- anyone knows if is it planned (or even possible) to add vivosmart HR to list of devices supported by Connect IQ platform?
- or even (going for the gold here :) ) to download sources and build my own custom firmware?

Hello,

Thank you for your interest. The vivosmart series of activity trackers does not have the hardware to support the Connect IQ platform. As Garmin's source code for the firmware on the vivosmart HR is a proprietary we cannot provide the resources needed to build a custom firmware. Again, thank you for your interest.
