request data by selecting “Time Type"

On Garmin Connect on the Data Viewer Tab, I can request data by selecting “Time Type” box with the Summary Time option. However, in the API Documentation, for the Summary Endpoints requests, I see that only uploadStartTimeInSeconds is available.

Would it be possible to send this API request using summaryStartTimeInSeconds, as it is possible for Summary Backfill?

For short, how can I make requests to rest/dailies for example by using summaryStartTimeInSeconds and summaryEndTimeInSeconds
