Sharing of custom workouts?

Created a Custom workout. Looking to share with my connection who is in a different location so that we may compete on same.

Any easy way to share custom workouts with my connection on separate Garmin account?

If you both have a supported Garmin device, you can use Garmin Share to share workouts directly between devices using bluetooth. (That won’t work if you’re in different locations as you said, though)

If both of you are willing to use Google Chrome on a computer, you could use an extension to export and import workouts:
