Unable to connect to simulator (again)(2024)

Since last sdkmanager update i'm getting this "unable to connect to simulator"
Confirmed simulator is running under 42877 port, and that when debugger tries to connect to sim, tons of requests destined to ports 1234, 1235, 1236, 1237 and 1238 pops on wireshark.
But nothing in internet, this forum google or chatgpt seems to help.

Please.

Started to suspect of the fact my %USERPROFILE% folder had an space (thx m$) and decided to change that.
Now that i fixed it things are working again.
Not sure if that was exactly the problem, or if i fixed something else in the process.
And not gonna reproduce it. Sorry Science.

problem returned, and i found no solution yet. i beg for help on this.

Garmin is known to have problems with spaces. I had reported in the past that copy&pasting the command line in the terminal of VSC is not working if there's a space in the url, because it's not escaped. The easy fix there is to add double quotes around the path.
