Can't upload new app

Hi,
I'm trying since yesterday to upload a new watchface to garmin connect iq store but I'm having always the same error:

Sorry, this page is currently unavailable.
Please try again later.


Can anyone in Garmin tell me when it's going to be available again?

  • There aren't any issues with the app store that I am aware of, so perhaps there's a problem with your developer account. Is it under the same display name as your forum account (wearapps)?

    Yes, it is the same account (wearapps).
    The error message comes out in the final step, after filling up the description, images, .iq file, etc. When pressing the "Submit" button.
    I tryed again and got the same error.

    Hi,
    I just realized than eventhough I I'm getting this error the application is actually uploaded.
    I went to the "Uploaded Apps" menús and I see a lot of entries for the same app.
    Now, I'm going to delete all of this entries and will leave only one, but there is indeed something wrong with the uploading page.

    Please improve!!!

    It would be nice if i dont have to search the whole garmin forum to find NO solution to the installation of apps or watch faces but finally only to be given the solution by the developer of the app via his FAQ post in the forums.

    It's basically a connection issue between the watch and the IQ connect whereby we just have to disconnect the watch and install manually the update on the watch then only reconnect the watch to IQ. this might seem common knowledge to all seasoned forum users BUT its disheartening to new users like me who has just bought the watch only to face such challenges!!!
